About Me

Apryl Pritchett is a real estate broker and Team Lead of The Pritchett Team, helping buyers and sellers throughout Green Country in Northeastern Oklahoma and across Southeastern Oklahoma. With more than a decade of real estate experience, she brings local knowledge, a strong work ethic, and personal attention to clients buying or selling homes, land, acreage, commercial property, and investment properties.

Apryl personally serves Tulsa, Glenpool, Bixby, Jenks, Broken Arrow, Owasso, and surrounding Green Country communities, as well as Atoka, Atoka County, Coalgate, Coal County, and surrounding Southeastern Oklahoma communities. Whether clients are relocating, purchasing their first home, selling property, or exploring an investment, she helps them understand their options and move through the process with confidence.

In addition to leading The Pritchett Team, Apryl owns and operates KWAtoka, a Keller Williams real estate office established in October 2023. The office serves Atoka and Southeastern Oklahoma and includes both members of The Pritchett Team and independent Keller Williams agents. Opening KW Atoka fulfilled Apryl’s longtime goal of returning to her home community to establish a local real estate office.

Under Apryl’s leadership, The Pritchett Team earned 2026 RealTrends Verified recognition as the #31 Team by Units in Oklahoma, based on verified 2025 production. That team achievement reflects her commitment to helping buyers and sellers throughout the communities she serves.

Born and raised in Southeastern Oklahoma, Apryl graduated from Tushka High School in 1996 and earned a bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant. She and her husband, JB, a fellow Tushka High School graduate, have been married for more than 25 years and have two daughters, Saylor and Addy. Her roots in the region and connection to its communities continue to shape the personal service she brings to her work.
